xme.bio is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to create adult-themed images. Our service enables users to select and view pre-generated AI images based on specific preferences like age, body type, and sex. Users buy tokens to select and reveal 100% AI generated adult images. Payments are securely handled through trusted third-party providers. Committed to user privacy, we neither store nor monitor any user data.

Limitations of Use
By using this website, you guarantee on behalf of yourself, your users, and any other parties you represent that you will not:

1. alter, duplicate, create derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials or software found on this website;
2. remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials or software on this website;
3. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server;
4. knowingly or negligently use this website or its associated services in a manner that disrupts or harms our networks or any other service provided by xme.bio;

Generated Content
We emphasize that users of xme.bio app cannot upload any type of content or files into the xme.bio app. Our services allow users to select pre-generated AI images from xme.bio image library and generate photos based on the selected AI image through a free selection process, specifying age (18 and above), body type, and quality parameters.
xme.bio disclaims all liability for the use of content generated by users on our website. However, it is imperative to note that we do not monitor or claim responsibility for these user-created images. The user who generates the content maintains absolute ownership and is solely accountable for its use or distribution, along with any potential consequences thereof.

xme.bio Image Library
It is important to note that all images on xme.bio image library are 100% generated by AI. Users of the xme.bio app have access to the app’s AI pre-generated image selection. The xme.bio team controls the AI image library.

Age Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to access and use our website. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

Purchases and Payment options
We provide a few free one-time credits for every new user to test xme.bio app. If users want to have access to more features and more AI generated images, users can purchase a subscription and credit packages.

At xme.bio, we provide unique one-time payment packages tailored to improve the user experience. These packages include specific features and one-time use credit. Our flexible options are designed to accommodate various user preferences and needs. All payments are securely handled by our trusted third-party partners. By using our services, users agree to follow the Terms of Service of both xme.bio and these third-party providers.

Our credit system is simple: one credit, or token, enables the generation of a single AI photo. This policy is applied consistently across all packages, ensuring a seamless and uniform experience for all users.

Credits Packages
We offer a range of one-time payment packages with varying pricing. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards. We offer:

The main difference between the credit packages is the amount of one-time credits or tokens users can use to reveal AI images.

Paid Credit Packages Benefits
Access to more one-time credits. The amount of credits or tokens is dependent on the credit package. Users gain access to exclusive features, and other specialised modes and to use these features on more AI generated images as opposed to having access to a single image if the user was using the app for free.

Tokens and Usage
Any unused tokens in your account won’t expire. Credits or tokens are only consumed when the user wants to reveal blurred images in chat and feed of the AI generated images or purchase gifts for AI characters.

Subscription Plans
We offer four types of user plans: Free, Premium, Unlimited, and Creator. Each plan provides varying levels of access to features such as credits, messages, roleplays, AI voice calls, VIP/Undress areas, and model/roleplay creation. Full details of the features and limits of each plan are available in-app or on our website.

Subscriptions Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes or charges.

Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same terms.
You authorize us or the app store/platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the renewal fee unless you cancel.

Free Plan
The Free plan offers limited access to features (e.g., 20 messages/month, 1 roleplay/month) and does not include credits, AI voice calls, or access to premium features. You may upgrade at any time.

No Refunds
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial use, downgrades, or unused portions of your subscription period. Refunds may be issued only where required by law.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings on our website.

Plan Features and Usage Limits

Price and Feature Changes

Dispute Policy
If a chargeback request is filed due to a dispute, premium features and any remaining tokens will be revoked as soon as the dispute process begins.

Dispute Process
Investigation: Once a dispute is filed, we will review the transaction details thoroughly.
Resolution: If our internal review finds the dispute to be valid, we will accept it, and the refund will be processed according to your bank or credit card company's policy.
Contest: If we challenge the dispute, we will submit the required evidence to the bank or credit card company to support the legitimacy of the original transaction.

Please be aware that the dispute process may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. While we make every effort to resolve disputes quickly, the timeline for resolution is typically determined by the financial institution.

Dispute Resolution

When submitting a complaint, users are encouraged to provide the following information to help us investigate and resolve the issue efficiently:

A detailed description of the complaint, including relevant details such as the date and time of the incident
Any supporting documentation or screenshots, if applicable
Once a complaint is received, our customer support team will acknowledge it via email within 24 hours.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process, further legal action may be pursued in accordance with the laws governing our services.

Liability
Our website and the content provided on it are offered on an "as is" basis. To the extent allowed by law, xme.bio makes no guarantees, either express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

xme.bio and its suppliers shall not be liable for any consequential losses experienced by you or any third party resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its materials, even if xme.bio or an authorised representative has been informed, verbally or in writing, of the potential for such damages.

Zero Tolerance for Explicit Content Involving Minors
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against any explicit content involving underage individuals. We emphasise that users of xme.bio app cannot upload any type of content or files into the xme.bio app. All content on xme.bio app is solely pre-generated by AI.

To ensure a safe environment for all users, we actively monitor and control for prohibited content using advanced automated systems.
