At XME Bio, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for all our users. As part of our commitment to quality, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility‍
If you encounter significant technical issues that prevent you from using our core services, you may be eligible for a refund. You may be eligible for a refund in a case of bad quality/broken images generated by AI.
If you encounter any issues with your generated images, please contact us, and we will review your case.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please reach out to our support team at hello@xme.bio with the following information:
- A brief description of the issue
- Screenshots or other evidence showing the AI generated images
- The date and time of the image generation
3. Refund Processing
Contact hello@xme.bio within 14 days of the billing date with details of the issue as described above. Our team will review your request and, if approved, our team will process your refund for the credits used to generate those images within 5-10 business days.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other circumstances, such as dissatisfaction with the style or content of the generated images, as these results are generated solely by AI technology.
